Psychick Service Announcement N° 001

I know, you're sick to the bone of people complaining. Me too.

But I'm even sicker of still being unemployed, of not being able to pay my rent and of being forced to leave this flat & this beautiful city that I love so much by the end of October.

Yes, I'll be crawling moving back to our abandoned family house in Lucerne.

I admit that I feel strange about it - it's almost like travelling back in time and space. Back to memories that you had better left behind you. However, at the moment it's the only thing I can do.

Hopefully, better times will be coming my way one fine day and hey, at least I have two arms and five legs.

I'll just cling to my instinct of survival and to the impressive fact that I once survived camping for 3 days on a Serbian minefield.

Believe me, I'd gladly sweat my soul out and knit 8-fingered gloves for you all, draw unicorns and fairies on toilet paper, record trippy tunes on my imaginary trombone or join the circus with my embalmed armadillo, but alas, there's not a single creative or talented cell in my body.

However, if you like this site or my forum and always wanted to express your love, please adopt me consider buying a cheap 2nd-hand book over here.

New books will be added once I go through my bookshelves. Also, I might start selling a bunch of my dresses, skirts and corsets soon.

I'll let you know.

In the meantime, please feel free to think that I'm just an ungrateful lazy bastard.

Maybe you're right... maybe I should sell my used panties to Japanese business men while they're eating sushi from my cold naked body. Maybe I should donate my liver & uterus and maybe I should steal puppies and resell them in the rainy streets of Moldavia.

Anyway, thanks for reading.

Your humble author,

Suzanne G.

You make the most wonderful, enchanting photographs which just seem to reach out and touch all those deep places in my heart I believed having sealed off long time ago or didn't even knew existed. I envy and admire your perfect eye for beauty and your ability to capture it (the beauty, not the eye, that is). How dare you say that there's not a single talented cell in your body. You've got lots of them, and you should exploit them even more.

Hehehe. Okay then... let's get the cigarette lighter out and sing "Wind of Change". All together now: "Taaaaa-aaaake me... to the magic of the mooo-ooooooment... on a glory night.." o_O

Thank you very much for your touching words, shock. I had no idea you felt this way about my photos. You made me speechless... it's just difficult for me to create something I invest quite some energy, love and time in while knowing at the same time that I'll never be good (or bitchy) enough to get someone to pay for what I do and for what obviously touches them. It's the vicious circle I'm trapped in. It eats up all my creativity, motivation and... well... my money.

Grmph. Whereas I first wanted to console and express my deepest sympathy... but then you start torturing us with this song... I'm afraid you'll have to opt for the Panties & Sushi alternative.

Blöde böse Zeit nach der Uni. Da mußten wir alle durch. Sie hätten ja nun aber auch wirklich was mit Bankwesen machen können ;-)

Suz, you're so unique and interesting it hurts, and I don't think you should be ashamed of having to move. Life is tough, and maybe good things will spring forth from this move.

    Good luck.

I'll join the chorus cheering your talents - you've certainly got something special going here in your psychick wurzelworld. Most read- & viewable forum/not blog I know.

I'm sure you could make some damn funky eightfingered gloves in your Lucerne refuge. Not to mention your Photos.

Hope you'll have a good web connection there too. And no sitting still and getting sad while days get darker and darker, ok.

Sorry mein frau for passing my bad luck onto you, for I am in exactly the same situation. Rest assured someone will buy our second hand books even if they're merely doing it to promptly burn them in facistic orgies.
take care and run run run, from the hun hun hun or summin? x

    Miss G.
I have lurked besotted for a long time, and can express only admiration (admittedly in a 'she's so good it actually hurts' kind of way), and I do hereby promise that as soon as my Portable Recreational Nonsense Portal (tm) starts to sell, I shall immediately found a new civilization with; you, books, Bombay Sapphire, more books and cunning victorian brass objects of indeterminate function but undeniable allure as its hub. Best Wishes and Thanks for all the pleasingness of yourself.

no need for the pigeons, or even for the ekeing. I'm sure we could find her a job in the antiquarian book trade.
